My experience with Diamond Equity Investments was excellent. I was about to lose my home due to property taxes and was in a bind. It was my hope to sell my home before I lost it, while walking away with as much money as I could. Due to my circumstances, I knew that any offer I received would not be worth the full value of my home. However, most other buyers were trying to take advantage of my precarious situation. Diamond Equity Investments did not due that. They were respectful and fair from the first moment of contact. They thoroughly laid out the entire process--including the numbers and even offered assistance with moving companies for me. It was tough leaving my home of 20 years, but knowing that I could just leave with what I needed/wanted while leaving the rest, eased the entire ordeal. Diamond Equity Investments treated me with such care, that I don't regret selling to them....

I've reported them to the State of Pennsylvania for harassing my property with unsolicited mail. Pennsylvania has updated its laws, requiring individuals to be licensed agents to conduct transactions with the general public. Please report them so they can be fined and held accountable for their behavior toward property owners. I also reached out to them directly, but they remain indifferent. Consider listing your home on Zillow or working with a real estate agent—you’ll be surprised at how much more you can earn. According to Josh Shapiro, these investors are scammers looking to acquire properties for pennies on the dollar.
