Please report them so they can be fined and held accountable for their behavior toward property owners. I also reached out to them directly, but they remain indifferent. Consider listing your home on Zillow or working with a real estate agent—you’ll be surprised at how much more you can earn. According to Josh Shapiro, these investors are scammers looking to acquire properties for pennies on the dollar.
