I love 40 Oaks properties, because when I have any concerns, or need maintenance done they promptly have it taken taken care of.

For the most part 40 Oaks is great, however, I do wish they would put something in the neighborhood for the kids like a playground for example.

40 oaks is a quite community and looks decent the only reason I’m leaving a 4 state review is because of all the rules and restrictions such as what size building I am allowed to have.

Love living here, they have helped me with all concerns. They got things fixed within a few hours or a day of me telling them my concern. Everyone has been super nice and helpful! As long as you don’t cause trouble and you pay them on time then you won’t have any issues with them!

Always prompt with service requests. They try to improve upkeep and the properties to make for better living environment.

It took a little getting used to due to the old owners and how little they cared about the properties. So far they have done everything to make our community a more safe and cleaner environment to raise our families in.

They try to work with individuals as fast and conveniently as possible. Honestly the only thing I don't like is the call center. I'd rather be able to call and talk to someone from 40 oaks directly instead of having to go through a 3rd party first

I really appreciate the responsiveness of the management, and the integrity in which they conduct business. I can tell they really care about their tenants and strive to make their parks a safe and welcoming community.

It has been the experience I have had with renting the apartment is comfortable my neighbors are nice they keep up with the property will work with you on getting in and affording the rent would recommend them to people looking

40 Oaks Properties is a great company to rent from. They do thorough background checks on all of their tenants to maintain a safe and welcoming neighborhood. They keep their properties clean and do an amazing job with the landscaping. They also answer any questions and help with any concerns you have wirh their rentals. I really enjoy renting through them! They even do inspections on their rentals to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

I have been a tenant for almost a year, and I have loved this community. Anytime I’ve ever had any minor issue, management is very understanding and quick to try to resolve the problem.
