40 oaks has made this place pretty !

We had a smooth closing and we have enjoyed the ease of paying for rent online. Maintenance was quick to make a couple of repairs!

I live on 257 Ocie Drive, and 40 oaks properties is a great place to buy a home. Its beautiful and they are friendly. I would give them higher then 5 stars if I had that option. I would recommend them 100 percent. Love it here.

I love the properties. It’s a quiet, fun little place to stay. You’re in your own little world. The neighbors don’t ever bother you which was very unexpected for living in a trailer park. It’s great place to live.

I have never had any bad experience with 49 Oaks properties since living here , they keep the property clean and whenever there is a problem with my home they come quickly to get it fixed,
I have lived in this same place for over 20 years with other owners and it took quite awhile for them to even come to look at the problem much else fix it but now they are right on the problem getting it done.
I would love to get the turkey and the money but if someone else is more needy I won't cry about not getting it.

I have never had any issues with 40 Oaks, whenever we have a problem with the trailer I call them and have someone here quickly to fix it, they keep the grounds looking good and also the trailers . What else would I ask for.

I love 40 oaks because they help me start a new life for me and my kids when I thought it could never happen in this tough time thank you 40 oaks for all your help and guidance to owning my own home you've been a blessing God bless to all the staff and I hope you all have happy and safe holidays

I like how quiet the park is.

The maintenance people are so nice. I just had a question and they promptly answered. Also the one time that I needed them they were very quick to get to my problem.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Reasonably priced rent. Several improvements have been made since taking over the property. Ex: Paving of the roads which was much needed. New mail boxes and the new street signs which are very cute.

I’m going on my 3rd year with 40 oaks properties and we couldn’t be happier! Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well maintained. My son is able to safely play outside with the other kids in the neighborhood while I watch from the window. 40 oaks associates are also kind and quick to respond anytime I have any questions for them.
