I LOVE 40 OAKS PROPERTIES because they have great communication with tenants. Wether you're renting or buying, they are up front and thorough in the home explanations. Also, they make sure tenants are informed of changes and work to be done throughout the community.

I love 40 oaks! I live off of Sidney Ellis Dr and they are constantly renovating our community and do a wonderful job at keeping our properties looking great as well as staying safe! I am glad to call this community home!

I’m currently renting off of wafford rd and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I’ve gotten timely responses, the neighborhood is so quiet and safe, yards are maintained, I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend 40 oaks.

I have been extremely happy with the spot that I am purchasing from 40 Oaks I’ve been here for a year and a half and I love my spot is a great place. Nobody messes with you your neighbors. I’ll look out for you. The company is great. They have been wonderful to me. I’ve been through some medical problems since I’ve been here and 40 Oaks has been very very kind to me. I love it here and I plan on staying here until, I go meet Jesus
