1Plus1 Cares has been a lifesaver! I recently had to secure round-the-clock care for my aging father. 1Plus1Cares was the only agency that promptly returned my calls, kept me informed, and found the appropriate care for my dad.

Trisha, the Care Advisor, exemplifies compassion and has a heart for supporting her clients and provides exceptional service. Sheila and the care advocates have gone above and beyond to help book care for my dad keep me informed through the whole process.

1Plus1 has allowed me to focus on my other responsibilities, and I can't thank them enough for their help during this challenging chapter in our family's life.

We have had two caregivers to date. Both have been very professional and caring. Every client has a contact so that if there is a problem or need, you have a person who is assigned to your case and is easy to reach. We have used two other services in the last 3 years, and this is the best both for cost and caliber of caregiver . Would recommend them

I am writing this because of the caring, wonderful experience we have, as a family, with 1 Plus 1 Cares. In March I needed care for my brother who had had a stroke and needed assistance in his home. I called 3 different agencies that the Rehab and Care Facility had referred me to and left messages at 2 of them. 1 Plus 1 Cares answered the phone immediately and clearly I was able to communicate with them and fulfill the needs of my brother. They were extremely helpful and you knew they had experience with families dealing with family health issues. At first my brother needed daily care for 4 hours a day 7 days a week.I had no experience with this type of family situation. I cannot recommend this agency more highly. I just do not know what I would have done without them. The skilled nursing facility my mother was being sent to from the hospital (during this COVID period, mind you) would not accept her without 24-hour sitters to keep her safe from falling. I was in a panic. Where to get someone and get someone immediately? Thankfully the hospital social worker referred me to 1 Plus 1 Cares. One quick call was all I had to make, and along with some minor electronic paperwork, a caregiver was waiting at the front door JUST AS MY MOTHER ARRIVED on the gurney. Truly awesome!!

Everyone at 1Plus1 Senior Care are very professional and courteous to work with. JM worked extremely hard and efficient to find a caregiver for my 90-year old mother who needed help 2 days a week. JM calls and emails information about each caregiver immediatley and is very caring about how each caregiver is matched to their client. My mother had both Italia and Etenesh, and they were both very caring, considerate and hard working. I really like this agency and would highly recommend them.

The experience with 1 Plus 1 was excellent. The staff are very responsive and quick to turn around requests. They are friendly and willing to work with specific needs you may have. They also follow-up frequently to check in on their care giver services.

We have been very happy with 1 + 1 Senior Care. Everything from my initial call to the agency to meeting with an Advisor in person to the actual placement of the caregiver was so easy and went so smoothly. In the inital contact and during the meeting with the advisor, I found them to be very infomative on their company and the services they provide. They are very thorough in process and really listened to what a our needs were. We requested a part-time caregiver (4 hours a day on week days), and we are so happy with the caregiver they placed. Italia is so caring and helpful towards my mom and my mom enjoys having her help. As for billing that is all discussed up front and they have a very easy process, notifying me each week by email and a bill of the charges for the week. What a relief it is to have found 1 Plus 1 Senior Care. My 80 year old sister broke her hip and needed surgery and recovery. Plus, her mild dementia has been increasing in the past two years. When it was time for her to leave the hospital after hip surgery and rehab, we found 1 Plus 1 Senior Care and began regular visits to her at home. The match between her caretaker and her personality is perfect and we all enjoy her company when visiting. The caretaker is also very creative about doing things that support the house as a whole like helping with snacks or emptying the dishwasher as well as helping sort pills, regular bathing and more. My parents were visiting from out of town for my son's wedding. Since I was busy with wedding events, we needed some care to help my mom with dressing and showering for just two days. 1 Plus 1 Senior care was great! Both Josefina and Carmen were perfect for my mom; patient, kind, effective. 1 Plus 1 really knows how to match the caregiver to the client.
