I have worked with 1plus1 care for a couple of years to provide help for my out of state brother. They have always been prompt in responding to any challenges we may have had. Outstanding agency with excellent communication and compassion. No required minimum shifts. The 2 caregivers were with us for the duration of our need, and they could not have been better. They were reliable, honest, flexible and willing to help whenever needed. 1+1 sent excellent replacements to cover vacations, and always made sure to follow up to see if we were satisfied.
