Very comfortable with Dr, Austin and his staff. Would recommend him

My initial visit for a consult didn't go as planned
. I made sure when I made my appointment I told them I have limited time and they assured me I would be out of there in 1 hour. After one hour and 30 minutes later, I had to leave to go to work and didn't have time to get a written estimate or get my questions answered. As the office staff decided to have an office meeting being conducted basically what I would consider my time. Although I do have to say the office staff was extremely friendly. But I felt like this should have been done not in front of patients waiting area. I did get an email with the estimate but I had to make the time to call back and get my questions answered. The day of my procedure everything went as planned. Very quick and professional so I would say overall not bad experience. I work in healthcare as well, my time is just as important as everyone...

I was well taken care of by DoctorAustin and staff and was treated with skill, respect and friendliness!
