Do not let them list your house. worse decision I ever made. They listed it for 595k. I sold it to an investment group Zoom Casa through them as is. They are now down to 420k and I have not gotten paid in full for my house and it has been 6 months. With constant deductions and fees it becomes less each day. This is way to cheat people in stressful situations out of their homes.
Do not use them. There is not upside for you as a seller. You will not get the money they promised. The agent Debra Kling does not explain the program to you. Seller beware! It's a way to scam you out of your home. There is no upside to this or using their real estate
Company. Please find someone else for your real estate transaction. My life is ruined but hopefully I save some someone else the heartache of empty promises and lies.
