Barb is more than a local realtor. She appeared on a local radio program, offering assistance to homeowners upset at the very high tax assessments sent to them in 2023. Barb responded to my emailed request for information on how to file an appeal, sent comps for recent sales (actual, not projected), and I was able to successfully lower my property tax. Barb helped us lower our taxes on two properties by providing comps and valuable information. Barb Schlinker offered to help when our home taxes were astronomically and unfairly raised by the government of the County in which we live. She put a fair appraisal of our property together for us to use when we contested the County's appraisal of our property. In the end, the County lowered our taxes to a lesser extreme.
