Barb Schlinker and your "Home Sold Guaranteed Realty" informed me of another method of selling a property that I was ready to off load. Barb helped guide me through a sale with "Open Door" that saved me a significant amount of time and some up front cash that the property required to make it ready to put on the market. In addition, this sale was a 1031 exchange, adding to the complexity of the transfer. Barb helped make this a very easy sale that complied with the laws of the 1031 exchange process.
