Barb helped guide me through a sale with "Open Door" that saved me a significant amount of time and some up front cash that the property required to make it ready to put on the market. In addition, this sale was a 1031 exchange, adding to the complexity of the transfer. Barb helped make this a very easy sale that complied with the laws of the 1031 exchange process. She even had an excellent interior designer help with staging for photos and open house. She gave us lots of good advice and her plan worked to get us a good price for our home.
