We took advantage of Barb's offer to help with challenges to the new property tax valuations. My neighbors all built their own packages and submitted, and 0 of 7 were approved. My (free) package from Barb's team allowed me to spend 5 minutes online uploading their two documents, and resulted in a substantial decrease in our property tax increase. Barb is more than a local realtor. She appeared on a local radio program, offering assistance to homeowners upset at the very high tax assessments sent to them in 2023. Barb responded to my emailed request for information on how to file an appeal, sent comps for recent sales (actual, not projected), and I was able to successfully lower my property tax.
