I do not have enough praise and kind enough words to truly express the wonderful experience I had with Young's Water and Sewer and Kim Young, personally. When faced with an emergency waterline break at the holidays and on a weekend at my new home, my neighbor and the town employee recommended I call Young's and boy, am I glad I did. My call was immediately returned and a crew was out the next business day. They got to work replacing my waterline right away and in such a professional and trusted manner because of just how knowledgable and the seasoned experience they all had. It didn't end there because just one month later, my sewer line went and of course, I called no other than Young's because of the wonderful, caring familiarity I had already establised with everyone there. Very professional installation of a replacement water heater. This was a warranty replacement and the coordination was smooth. There were excess costs involved and I don’t quite know the detail but an expansion tank was added and a couple of other modifications to bring it up to current code. Read more >

When our sewer line backed up and needed replacement, I had just come home from the hospital following a bout with Covid. I was in quarantine and stayed isolated. Kim had someone there almost immediately to fix the problem. She then took over the project which required digging up our family room floor to replace the pipe. She was phenomenal! She determined what needed done and had her crew start immediately. Her crews were also terrific. They came on time, were considerate of our property and fixed the problem in just two days! They cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they dug up our floor. Kim was a strong advocate for us with the insurance company and handled everything.
