Kim helped us on the water line replacement, the work is nicely done and Kim helped me relentlessly on filing a claim with my HO insurance, she confronted the adjusters and insurance agents on my behalf and helped me to get the reimbursement. Awesome experience!

I purchased a new Paypak pool heater earlier this year and, unfortunately, it had a manufacturer defect. Young's happens to be an authorized repair facility for Raypak and was called in. The problem was not simple and the service techs involved were just amazing at diagnosing the issue while working with Raypak to get the parts needed. Ended up being a 2 part problem. They came out multiple times working the issue until it was resolved. These techs were courteous, on time and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend Young's!
