Service was prompt. Did good job in fixing the issue.
However when booking the appointment,the system does not calculate the day light saving time. The scheduled time was between 8-11. The service guy was at home 7:30ish.Just tried to give honest feedback to lady over the phone (who could also be the owner) was not ready to listen about early arrival issue. Hence leaving 4 star
