Great service and clean and done right. I have a policy through HomeServe for my plumbing. The problem I had, the main shut off valve into my home, was of some concern if it is covered under the plan. The first plumber HS sent out assessed the problem, left and said they would call by the end of the day. well after 10 days and 2 calls to them by me and a runaround I recalled HS. This time Young's came out, assessed the problem, made the necessary calls to make sure the valve was covered, had to go buy the right replacement valve, and the job is done the same day. Great service and I will always ask for Young's when calling HomeServe.

Plumber came out on time and efficiently fixed the toilet. When asked his advice about the kitchen faucet's handle that fell apart, he old us to contact Moen because they offer a life-time warranty on the parts. We ordered and received the parts and again through 2-10 Warranty Young's Water and Sewer was contacted. Plumber fixed the faucet saying that he had experience fixing that model of faucet. We are extremely pleased with their service and their communication via texts regarding the appointments! We highly recommend Young's Water and Sewer.

I had a plumbing emergency over the new years weekend in December 2021. Our sewage was backing up in our basement and we had water everywhere.

The office was quick at diagnosing the problem, working with our home warranty company, and getting technicians dispatched all within a couple of days. That Monday we had a new main sewage line piping completed in a couple of hours. This was done in the snow.

On a Monday morning, I discovered my toilet tank was leaking. My warranty assigned the repair to Young's Water and Sewer. Young’s reached out and assigned me a time slot for the very next morning. They were also very accommodating when I discovered I had a time conflict. When the plumber arrived, he assessed the cause behind the leak and ensured me the repair would be quick. He stuck to his word! I highly recommend Young's Water and Sewer!

My home warranty company sent Young's Water and Sewer when we were having a plumbing issue. The technician that came was prompt, clean, and identified and fixed the problem in a timely fashion.

It took long time to schedule. They are very expensive. Just to change a Fill valve on a toilet, they charge $220.

Friendly staff and easy to work with, the technician Michael was great explained to me where my water leak was coming from and fixed the problem right away.
