Youngs Water and Sewer

I had a leak under the sink in my kitchen which was caused by the dishwasher technician. I was matched with Young's water and sewer through my warranty company. Ryan who came to fix the issue was very capable and was able to fix the issue. He knew what he was doing. He shut off the water supply so he can access the hard to reach space under the sink. He replaced the valve so it's easy to operate it. After turning on the water back on, he made sure the dishwasher can also be run assuring there are no leaks.
This is not the first time I have used the Young's. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Second time I have used Youngs. Each time excellent service and customer service. Teh technician diagnosed the issue 2 minutes inside my door. Went to store to pick up needed part and repaired our issue within 30 minutes. Very courteous and respectful. I would recommend Youngs to anyone.

As a seasonal dweller often when I come back to my NJ home after a winter there is always somthing that’s wrong. This time I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom and exterior of the home(also my hot water was out)The lady Kathy who helped me on the phone was absolutely amazing, super helpful and kind. She got me scheduled asap. Ryan was our technician. Super professional, speedy and amazing work. It was so wonderful to work with Youngs..I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I recently had a problem with my toilet. They scheduled the appointment very quickly and came to repair just as quickly. The technician found the problem right away and fixed it. The technician was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Their support staff that scheduled the appointment, and followed up with me, were great. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs. They were honest, reasonably priced, friendly and most importantly - they did a great job!

Excellent service and support received on my request to install a new gas valve on one of the water heaters in my dual AO Smith water heater setup. Ryan was very helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough in his work the whole time.

Young Water and Sewer provided excellent service. Our main sewer line flooded our house due to a break in the line. They were fast and efficient in replacing the pipe. It was an involved project. Kim was excellent in keeping everything on track and she was very responsive to phone calls and text. I would highly recommend Young Water and Sewer.
