We purchased a property that had a fence and concrete pad that was partially installed on a small 15’ wide track. We tried purchasing the tract from a man that had purchased a bunch of odd pieces of property that was part of wet land area. We never could connected with the man that owned the property. Our neighbor located behind me purchased the tract next to his property and the tract next to my property. We received a letter from his attorney demanding that I remove the property encroachments. I paid to have the concrete removed, added fill dirt, and after Xact fence moved the gate and brought the fence inside our property line, we also installed sod. Xact fence did a great job. Now the neighbor is parking trucks and trailers on the small strip of land. Hoarders be hoarders.

A pleasure to do business with! Our old wooden fence had huge gaping holes in it and it was time for something new. Todd and his people were all delightful, and the brand new replacement fence turned out absolutely beautiful. The gates are all smooth as butter. I didn't know our property could look so lovely, but this new fence really shines and our dogs love it even more than we do! 11/10.. highly recommend!!
