We are very happy with our new patio door. There were a few issues with installation that we were not happy with but WOW came back and fixed the problem promptly. The wrong sized screen door was ordered and we waited at least 6 weeks for that. That was an inconvenience as it was fall and we could not have any ventilation in our living room due to having a pet that would escape. Overall, Marshall did an amazing job selling us the product and Josh was very thorough with his repairs that needed to be made with the door installation.
