What a great experience for a major home purchase! From the first meeting with the sales person Tom through the installation and inspection the WoW team made sure we were happy with the product and installation. We were perhaps the first customer to ask for black sills and there were some issues matching the touch up paint sheen. They went back to the shop to work on a solution to the problem and then sent their top notch installers to work through the problem at our house and gave us options to ensure we were happy with the results. Corey and Sean did a great job as well as the rest of the team! It's difficult to find a company out there that works tirelessly to make sure the customer experience is second to none, but Windows of Wisconsin definitely falls into this category!

We are replacing the cheap windows that were installed in our house when it was built 11 years ago. We met with Thom Kohlbeck last fall to discuss our window project. Thom was very informative and answered all of our questions and got us pricing on replacement windows for the whole house. Absolutely NO high pressure!! Which was very refreshing after the experience we had two other window suppliers. We decided to split the project in 2 phases. So we had the sliding patio door and the 5 windows on the front of the house done on 4/10, and we will do the rest of the 12 windows in 2024. The crew at WOW followed the exact process that Thom said they would. We supplied them with a piece of window mounding and they supplied us a sample to show the color match.
