Windows of Wisconsin

I recently had Windows of Wisconsin install new replacement widows and patio door. I am pleased with my Infinity Marvin windows and door. They are beautiful, with an excellent warranty, and matched my stain color perfectly. Thom Kohlbeck is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not high pressure. The install crew was efficient and careful with my home and landscape areas near windows. Dustin took extra care with a window grid that needed to be re- measured, cut and installed in a second level window. I can highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin for you next window project.

WOW was truly wow! experience. From the first meeting in their showroom to finding the right brand and style for us, to the home measurements and installment, to inspection after complete. All very professional and quality service. It took three days to complete our install and each night they left all was cleaned up and out of our way. And when done, other than the new windows, you would not know they were there. Great people all around too! Thanks, M&K

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The salesman the installers the final inspection all went perfect. They explained everything that was happening throughout the process and we absolutely love our windows. We were able to get what we wanted in the color we wanted exactly how we wanted. Thom, the sales guy, was super knowledgeable as was the install team of Tino, Jeremy, and Alex. Those guys worked together like a well oiled machine and had the old door out, sub floor under it replaced and the new door installed in just over half a day. Very impressed with their clean up after too.

Matt Gonwa helped us pick a sliding patio door that exactly matched our maple accent wall. He was super helpful and informative about all things windows and doors and didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision. He even took the time to help me find a resource to get a window fixed that had a broken component ever since we purchased the home.

Overall I had a good experience with Windows of Wisconsin. They made sure that the job was done correctly and were more than happy to fix a problem, no matter how small. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the time that it took from start to completion of the project. That was due primary to a correcting a few defects in the Marvin windows. However I am confident that Windows of Wisconsin will be around to make sure my windows an patio door continue function well and look fantastic for years to come.

Thank you Windows of Wisconsin for the great job replacing all my windows earlier this year. Thank you salesman Patrick as he did a wonderful job explaining the process of windows replacement, showing the many options, and helping me make choices that complemented my home. Thank you to the installation crew who were timely, courteous, and worked quickly and neatly to install the windows. The windows were put in in early February, so their quick work kept the furnace from running overtime and me from freezing. When I called a few months after, because of an issue with one of the window a tech came out the next day. He made a simple adjustment and the issue was quickly fixed.
Thank again WOW for the great service! I am very happy with the new look.
