Windhaven Academy

Our children were there for their summer daycare, not during the school year. The teachers were great the office staff is completely inept. I understand some accounting issues but after providing bank statements to rectify the issues and show we were up to date they still tried to say we still owed money three weeks prior to our children enrolling in public school. The 'owner' I suppose took the "new" statement showing we still owed from my wife and let her know that this will be dealt with since we already "fixed" the issues. As of today, three weeks after our kids have been in public school, we get a call advising that we still owe Windhaven Academy $1,000. They thought our kids were still going to their daycare when they haven't been at the academy since 8/28, 8/25 was their last day. BEWARE, your kids will do ok but you will have to deal with bunch of BS.

My four month old was given the wrong bottles while in this school. She developed an allergy, and was lethargic and unresponsive when she arrived at home. I submitted a formal complaint with the director and requested that the incident be reported to corporate. I also requested to review the videos of the infant room to see what happened, and that the incident be investigated. I was never allowed to review the videos, and although the director provided an incident report, at my request, corporate did not communicate with me. I called and left messages, and they never responded. The response I received from the director was that they reviewed the videos and spoke to the staff about being more careful when feeding the infants. I had questioned the caregivers myself, and was told that my daughter was given cow milk. Infants cannot digest cow milk, and should not be given cow milk until...
