I cannot explain how I am feeling about this place. When I started I was not familiar with chiropractic care as a whole. I was apprehensive and low in heart. It has been a while that I have been in pain and I lost heart in being able to get relief, let alone feeling unheard and pushed aside. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Kaitlyn have such a wonderful demeanor and bed side manner, I always hear Dr. Kaitlyn before I see her because she is laughing and high spirited. She is Careful and Caring, Dr. Brooks has really helped with my lowliness because he shows he really cares about healing and pays attention to what I want and am capable of accomplishing. Brody always has a smile and is so friendly and accommodating as well as the young lady at the front desk. I would definitely recommend especially for anyone who is afraid of treatment. They have evening hours that is so helpful! Great staff.

Absolutely in love with this place after just four visits. They're using modes of therapy that I never knew existed and that past Dr's never used or told me about.

Dr Brooks and Dr Kaitlyn are on point with knowledge, direction, details and most importantly, technique. The rest of the staff and assistants are kind and knowledgeable also.

There's hope that I won't need surgery and that is helping my spirit and mental health. Long road to recovery, but there's a lot more hope than existed ten days ago.

As someone with chronic low back pain I’m very glad I am now a client at Westerville Chiropractic. For years the only care I was receiving was in the form of prescription medications. With chiropractic manipulations as well as roller treatments on my low back I am now experiencing less pain and more flexibility. The professional doctors and staff are client-focused and highly attentive. For anyone in need of real care and new hope I would highly recommend the quality services of Westerville Chiropractic.

Dr. Brooks is like no other chiropractor I've ever ever met. He's informative, he listens and observs your concerns, and he executes. The office is very welcoming, and the staff is fantastic! I quit going for a little over a year due to relocating and his office being quite a drive. I returned this week as I am living closer now, and walking out of there I felt like a brand new woman. Went in with bi-lateral sciatica and thanks to Dr Brooks and staff - feeling much better. Couldn't sleep, had trouble sitting at my desk for work. Doing so much better now. Sciatica is gone. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful.

Great staff. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! My treatment is doing wonders for pain reduction, flexibility and overall well being.
