Prepare yourself for the best chiropractic team out there! I was super nervous coming in to the office, but I could not have been made to feel more comfortable. Very patient, elaborate, and thorough. After throwing my back out for the fourth time, I decided enough was enough an found Westerville Chiropractic. Utilizing the decompression therapy, I have recovered faster than I ever have in the past, and I associate that with their treatment and experience. Dr. Kaitlyn is a wonderful chiropractor. She's caring, professional, and knowledgeable. The assistants in the treatment room are top notch and attentive to patients needs. The front desk staff are welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to assist and get the answers that I need when I ask questions. They always greet me with hello when I arrive and say goodbye when I leave from my appointment. I cannot say enough about Sam as she is a wonderful asset to the office and has helped me tremendously. Lastly, Amy in billing is amazing and knowledgeable. Thanks to all for the exceptional service!
