Great staff! Always a warm welcome as you walk in. They give us a great price for all 3 of my cars. Overall I have had a great experience with western mass auto insurance.

I was paying over 400$ and didn't understand my coverage. In addition, I didn't have all the coverage needed for my vehicle. But after speaking with Tania at the Springfield office not only did I walk away with the correct coverage but also the knowledge of what coverages I was paying for and at a much better rate! The staff is friendly, courteous, and eager to help you out. They even helped me with the cancelation of my old policy. Great service!

The girls at the Belmont office are the best ever. Came to get a new policy within a couple of minutes and got the best quotes! Everyone was really helpful and explained everything down to each detail. Their service was excellent and I will highly recommend it to friends and family.
