Absolutely was 100% professional in every way , didn't waste time in getting me a quote that have the price what I was looking for .
A young lady that helped me was so helpful took care of my needs quickly and professionally and I really appreciate that... My policy is much better than my previous one. Western Mass is by far the best insurance for the price , I strongly recommend them.

My first time getting car insurance and I had no idea what to even do. Alba helped me out and made it work over the phone and I went and picked up my insurance card easily. I had previously shopped around elsewhere but I’m glad I chose this Western Mass. Everyone was very nice. The office was really nice, cheap prices and great service they were very good to me.
