I used to be able to call and make my payment. Since you switched to A Affordable, I have never been able to get past 'waiting on hold'!! I've called many many times and have waited on hold for over an hour...just to make a payment. Ken Ross was great to talk to and work with. Now, I can't seem to talk to anyone!!! Went to Geico first, and the prices were insanely high. Progressive was too expensive in my case, so I tried coming here, and it was a lovely experience. They changed how you are supposed to pay without sending any kind of notice. Now you can’t pay with cash at the office, and good luck if your going to call to pay… they haven’t answered their phones for 3 days. On the day my payment was due, the day after, and the Monday after that. Now i have to pay a “late fee” because they chose not to answer the phones all day. Oh! And dont forget the extra charge because i need to use my card because they took the cash payment option away. Read more >
