I called Western mass Auto Insurance after a family member told me what great experience they had there.. I was very confused and didn't know where 2 start due to the Fact I was purchasing a new truck .. Out of State .. A man named Ken answered the phone and I explained how the dealership told me how difficult it would be to get my new truck registered in Mass... Ken was so pleasant and got me a quote in minutes.. I then accepted his quote (which was much cheaper than I was expecting).. I made a appointment with Ken to bring in all the paperwork from the dealership .. He quickly handled everything.. title insurance plates and also sent copies 2 the dealership so I could pick up my new truck without any worries... so thank you Ken with western mass auto... I will highly recommend you 2 all my friends and family
