The absolute WORST moving experience ever. Nonstop charges after charges that were not agreed upon, but I was forced into. Then almost all of my boxes were so damaged upon delivery, half of my things were ruined. Will NEVER recommend your services to anyone, and have actually made a point to tell everyone I know specifically to NEVER book your services. Horrible experience, you should not be allowed to be in business.

I didn't like We Care For You because they are completely unprofessional. The customer service skills are missing among their staff members. When I called to inquire about my shipment, each person was incredibly rude. No manners, yelling at me when all I wanted to know was if my shipment was on its way. Incredibly rude. Plus, they lost NINE boxes in my small shipment. I followed their steps to submit a claim and the service has been awful. They offered a settlement of $42 for them losing my boxes-- PATHETIC! Now, no one wants to talk with me about it.

Diffficult to begin but the clinic resolved most efficiently.

It was a bare and switch from the onset. We were first quoted about $5k then by the time they delivered our goods, it was over $16k. No matter that we called repeatedly to make sure we were quoted properly. The packing was poorly done. It took 13 days to get our items. The delivery people were rude on the phone. Some of our items were damaged and broken. The whole process was terrible on top of the built in stress of moving in the first place.
