Worst move of my life (15 major moves) .
Badly packed: glasses broken, picture ripped, ceramic horse broken, cabinet top separated from base. That was just the beginning…
Your people knew that they left some of my goods in Jax - they didn’t tell me - a neighbor friend told me - at least your guy admitted the failure.
Left behind: a mirror, set of china, lamp, valuable picture. Now I have to make arrangements to get my stuff.
I removed every furniture cover and still your people had no time to help position the furniture- they had to get to the next load.

Unfortunately I was one box short and nothing I can do about now. The guy kept telling me you have the number of boxes. Someone got the box and it was never admitted. It was labeled and numbered. Some stuff broke I guess that is to be expected.

Our experience with We Care For You has been great (so far) We had a house full of large, heavy furniture and the moving team showed up (with plenty of man power) and worked non stop to carefully dismantle and protectively wrap and protect every piece of furniture. They were all nice, friendly respectful and strong. We had a second pick up at our storage facility, and they continued their efficient packing process there. We are very thankful for the 30 days free storage provided by We Care For You, because our new home was not completed yet. We expect to received delivery next week. Working with the office personnel has been pleasant, and they provided us with all the information needed for a smooth process. I am hopeful we get the same team for the delivery because the did such a good job at pick up.

I kind of felt like no one really spoke with each other and every time I asked a question about timing, the answer was "I dont know." How do you not know? Your customers have lives, we can't just sit around waiting for a 30 minute heads up from a driver. Also my boxes were smashed and thrown about and some of my furniture was broken beyond repair. And lastly, I understand you are busy but when your customers are having a moment, you need to calm them down, not be unnecessarily rude and curt. Its your job to diffuse the situation, not talk down to them or over them.
