First, let us state that our belongings ALL arrived in deplorable condition and had we researched these companies, as we wish we had prior to contracting with them, we would NEVER have considered requesting their services. The posted comments, which we perused, after the fact, reflected almost exactly what we experienced. The public must be apprised of such pathetic companies.

On 4/29/2021, Trinity’s contractor, We Care for You, came to load our 9 boxes, one secretary/desk, one wooden rocking chair, and one large framed ship print picture which has been in our family for almost 100 years. We packed the boxes very carefully with heavy wrapping paper and bubble wrap. Staff at We Care for You was impossible to reach and extremely unpleasant and not understanding when you were able to reach them. I planned months ahead of time to have my items moved between states in order for my furniture and other items arrive at my new address by a particular date. I heard nothing from the company and when I called the day before my expected moving date, they said my items had not even been dispatched from the original location and nobody was aware that I needed my items by the next day. They made me pay extra to "expedite" my items which I had no choice but to do since my items were already going to be 7-10 days late, they said. So basically, my things were picked up 2 weeks ahead of time to arrive in another state by the day I originally told them, were held in an unknown location for 2+ weeks, and when I asked when my things would be delivered, I was...

All my things have not been delivered. Possibly still in warehouse . Damaged and broken things .. Took two weeks to send my new refrigerator to me after the other belongings were delivered.

Items damaged, filed claim with photos but have not heard back from you

I will never use your company again. I am missing hardware for my dining room table, dispatch coordinator was very rude and disrespectful, charged more than quoted. My experience was horrible.

I did not get all of my items. I was missing so many small items that I’m sure that they were boxes that were left somewhere. Most of the things that were missing personal items that were very important to me. I am presently filing an insurance claim for the broken items and for the items missing. Max the guy in the warehouse was supposed to check the warehouse and get back to me. When I called he was very rude and started yelling at me telling me that the Packers had a terrible time with my house.I did not complain about the Packers. They did a very good job and packed everything. The era must have occurred in transit. Apparently Max was annoyed at me because of my complaint. I am 75 years old and did not appreciate being yelled at. She highly gave me a chance to talk. This I would never recommend this company.
