Lack of communication, unexpected costs, and a very damaged shipment.

It took forever for the truck to arrive. Over 2 weeks from when the house was packed up. We were not told this when we booked. Also a couple times when I called the dispatcher was not very nice. They guys that did the unload were very nice and.polite.

Horrible moving experience. Stay away from these people. Every bad thing you read on other reviews is probably true. Communication sucked. Scheduling sucked. The driver (Omar) was chicken to drive on a freaking STATE HIGHWAY! Loading tip scam. Transfer service scam. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible. Broken table, lost merchandise yet nobody will call me back. Rip off! They were subcontracted through American Plus Moving and Storage. Not sure who is more of a scam artist.

I still have not heard about my claim. It’s been 7+ weeks :(

You really don’t want to hear what I have to say

They are SCAMMERS! You get what you pay for. Lost items supposed to have movers unload your stuff and they send 1 person out that doesn't speak english. American Plus Moving And Storage also sucks you give them your total items and boxes. They give a good rate to start when you book. Then they call you before they send the truck and upcharge you for a second time. Then they send we care for you with spooks and upcharge you again. Then they screw you again and charge you for the fourth time.
