This was a total nightmare! The movers van was “stolen” by an employee. Who hit an overpass breaking and losing me and 2 other peoples things. The company stated the insurance was voided and no compensation has been given months later. Not even an apology. This is a nightmare never ever use this company.

Our stuff was late, there was minimal communication, and a major item was broken during delivery.

Awful. Still missing a $100 6 foot Werner aluminum ladder. The 3rd carrier to the destination was rude and did not place many boxes in rooms. Piled most of them in garage for us to move. Assembled 1 of the 3 beds and was a rude asshole!! Several furniture pieces were broken. Just slammed down boxes that had "FRAGILE" written on them! You should be ashamed of yourselves. My parents are 85 and 89 and they paid over $8000 for this shotty service. They need to be compensated for that ladder replacement. I feel responsible since I'm the one that set up this service for them. I'm sick and tired of feeling responsible and buying them replacement items , when it's your responsibility!!

I got charged an extra 25% upon delivery. No explanation was given

Very professional courteous service. The owner is personable and easy going. Will come here again if needed.

They yelled at me on the phone 4 out of 5 calls, lied repeatedly, stole my goods, damaged my goods, didn't show me weight paperwork, didn't come when said they would, extremely rude truck driver, stole husband and brother's memorial flags, list of goods unable to understand, claim paperwork doesn't use same terms as contract so unable to get corrections equal and still haven't heard back from claims department yet!
