I would give zero star if there was the choice. Too bad home moving service I got from this company. They requoted in the last minute that I had to move, delay the pickup for two times , broke many of furnitures, never picked the phonecall. They behavied like my boss. And at last I called them hundred times and they never send me the reciept. Keep far away from them to save your time and life.

We had a lot of issues with cost going up substantially from original estimate and then 1st mover showing up 4 hours late so we had to wait another day and got charged by our apt complex for that night. Also the drop off people broke our Roku tv and put 2 big nicks in our Bassett wood bed which I asked them specifically to take extra care with. We also had to stay in a hotel for 7 days when they said drop off would be 1-4 days. I will not be recommending this company

This was my third time using we care and my experience was terrible. First they send a small truck and the they had to make two trips. They damage a wall and did not care for the furniture. I had to pay more money for terrible service. As a Realtor, I can no longer recommend your company.

This was an awful experience. If you take anything from my review please let it be to book other movers because We Care does NOT care about you items. This moving experience was awful from beginning to end. Firstly, we were told we had to have the movers load our items on their truck nearly three weeks before our arrival date in our new state. We asked why we needed to go without furniture for so long and we were put under them impression that our items would be in transit the entire time. Having not moved before, we trusted their guidance and loaded up our things. The only place our items went for these three weeks was to their storage center...farther away from our final destination. When we got to our move destination our items were still in storage miles away. This is when the trouble really started. We called five times to try to locate our items. No answer. No returned calls....

The guys that came to load our stuff was fantastic. They did a great job, made sure everything was covered and secure. The car hauler was on time and got the car to my next location early which was great. However, the issue was the price that was on my contract was not the price that they tried to get me to pay. When they came to pick up my stuff they made me pay half of the car hauler fee which was $700 total. When they dropped the car off they wanted the whole $700 which I had already paid half of but they did not receive. The customer service rep Max was very disrespectful and threatened me multiple times stating that I did not want to be on his bad side and said that I was being very "Karen-ish" when I was just trying to figure out what was going on since I had already paid half of the money that was on the contract per what was instructed by his company. Horrible customer service. Reps that are yell at you and “teaching you a lesson” when you are simply inquiring on the status. Also hang up, when convenient. I am not even mentioning the lost box that i did not even try to claim. Because it was impossible to talk to them. Especially one of the reps that i unfortunately, or fortunately do not remember the name. Rude and aggressive.

They were courteous polite and friendly, the place was clean and we did not have to wait.
