The pick up was very late after 6pm and charged two different prices each higher than the previous. Wrapped two tables incorrectly which caused breakage to the legs. Claim process was extremely difficult with full mailboxes etc. Rip off. I will never use again.

Ended up paying twice as much as we were quoted. Was backed into so many corners to have to pay extra (such as when they show up to pick up the stuff and say you’ll need more room which will be extra) The driver that showed up at 9pm on a Friday (couple days later then it was suppose to arrive) to deliver my stuff was already in a “mood” and wouldn’t let me take the door off so he could get the couch inside. So he just left it outside the apartment. Charged me a “Stair fee” when they get there, and you have to pay it or else you don’t get your stuff. Many items broken and even missing. Filed a claim 3 months ago. Claim has not been resolved.

I already submitted a complaint in JULY and never received a response. This company is awful. My furniture was damaged.

Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful & not worth the money paid. I will never recommend this moving business. I don’t have enough words to describe how discussing this business presented their work…liars. Not much the workers who do the job but the manager and supervisors
