If there was 0 starts I would’ve picked that. It was the worst experience of any type of service I had in my entire life.
At different points in had me in tears and even had my mom in tears when she dealt with the movers. At the tune of a $10K move we should’ve been treated with respect, courtesy and not had any issues with things missing, or straight up broken.

Stuff stolen/missing and broken. Guys drinking alcohol. Worse experience ever.

We were extremely dissatisfied. We paid for a full pack. Lots of dishes- no dish packs were used. Plates stacked with paper around the whole stack, everything in large wardrobe boxes, silk plants in wrapped with stuff on top of them ruining them. Antique clock upside down loose in a box. No care taken for protecting fragile items. Many broken items. Almost every piece of furniture had at least minor damage. We did not get the service we paid for (a professional packing job). We are considering small claims action for the packing services we paid for.

To expensive

This was the worst moving cpany I've ever had. Was not given a delivery date till several days before. The pictures were not packed in any kind if wrapping, just put in a box. The worst thing was that many items were stolen from the 2 suitcases. I feel try violated. You should not be in business

It was terrible. They packaged my couches horribly wrong and ruined them. Tore them very badly. Nearly brand new leather couches, hardly used. I applied for reimbursement for the horrible damages to my couches and did everything exactly as was asked and never heard back from the company. Do not use this company !

0/10 experience. Extremely unprofessional. Demanded cash on the spot. Thank god I got rid of my couch Bc the legs were broken off during the move. I ended up moving my things myself because of the stair fee that they failed to inform me about. We care for you is a sorry excuse for a moving company.

I'd never go with this company again. The worst service, lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. I'd never recommend to anyone

Your moving company sucks. We have dozens of missing and broken items. I will be reviewing you for sure, in multiple places. It will not be nice! Your moving company sucks
