WOF saved my life. After getting out of rehab these guys really picked me up and showed me that living sober could be fun on top of healthy. If I didn’t end up at this place, who knows what direction my life would have taken. Also, the owner is very involved with the residents and makes a point of giving back to the community.

My son is starting his second month at the “Way of Life Sober Living, Inc” / Oceanside in San Diego California.

He's from Michigan and has gone through two programs in the past year. One in Ohio and the most recent in North Carolina.

I reviewed the program at Oceanside and what they offered was a “cut above” any previous facility my son had been involved with.
From the caring staff to the perfect San Diego weather, this has turned into a very positive move. I’m convinced he’s on a solid recovery path.

Kevin T. and company have worked very closely with me and my son. They are also assisting him in finding employment. They’re teaching him life skills as well as the advantages to staying sober and free from substance abuse.

I meditate on receiving heartfelt desires, and living in my own beautiful sober space has helped me realize those desires. My 22 yr old son spent several months at Way of Life and the experience was first class. It was a healthy blend of structure, accountability and freedom. The home is spacious, comfortable and super clean. The house mgr and the residents were all friendly, helpful and respectful. Kevin was professional, understanding and extremely accommodating. Living in another state, it gave his mother and I some peace of mind. I highly recommend.

Way of life is by far the best sober living I have been to. I have stayed at two other sober livings prior to Way of life and there is no comparison! The staff and environment were top notch and just what I needed to lay a solid foundation for my recovery. The structure in the house felt perfect without being overwhelming. I did NOT want anything to do with sober living but, I knew for sure that if I went back to my familiar routine I was not gonna make it. After my last of many detoxes and rehabs I looked at several options around North County. Some were down right scary. A friend found Way of Life for me and set up an interview with Kevin. He put me at ease telling me about the house and how it is ran. I wasn’t planning on staying more than a month. I ended up there for 8 months and it was exactly what I needed. The best part, they allowed my dog. Which I believe was and is a big part of my recovery and others. Nothing put me more at ease than knowing my best buddy was gonna be with me the whole way.❤️
If your looking for a chill atmosphere with great recovery I highly recommend Way of Life. It’s scary to take that step but you will be so glad you did.

Way of life is by far my number recommendation for a men’s sober living. Working as a case manager in the recovery community I have first hand witnessed the impact this sober living has on men to shoot them in a positive direction and influence them to have strong bonds in recovery. Glad I found way of life. Great place to transition back to a positive clean life. Very clean and absolutely no problems with the tenets. Feel very comfortable and the Oceanside location is close to beach and everything else.
