I came to Waterleaf in the hope of losing weight. What I gained was so much more. I was given the tools to improve my quality of life. I finished the program feeling more energized than I have in years and sleeping better than I have in decades!!! I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to improve their quality of life. This isn’t a weight change program. It’s a LIFE change program!!!

Waterleaf came into my life a really wonderful time. I was struggling with chronic fatigue after my experience with Covid for almost 5 months and I felt extremely hopeless. I cannot recommend Waterleaf more! I’ve just started my 5th week of the 6 month program and the changes I’ve had both mentally and physically I never thought were possible. After having a subtotal colectomy from colon cancer at 40 and a full hysterectomy at 44 everything about my body was not normal. I never thought I’d get back the energy I once had, but I’m feeling better than I remember feeling even before I got sick. Dr. Meyers, Janelle and Radha (I haven’t started with Dr. Colwell yet) have been so responsive and caring about my process and concerns. I walked into Waterleaf with neck pain, headaches and a lot of anxiousness following a car accident. My experience with the Waterleaf Naturopathic Medicine group was AMAZING! I went into my 6 month program feeling pretty broken and sick. I had been to many different medical specialists, which all had their reasons for my ailments and were willing to throw all kinds of medications my way.
