Mr. Frank John provided A++ service. We have had disappointing experiences with appraisal services in the past such as unavailability for long periods of time, showing up late, and taking a lengthy amount of time to produce a report but Mr. John did none of these. Mr. John arrived exactly when he communicated he would. His team was able to schedule a time to meet me at the property the same week that I requested his services which was extremely convenient for the line of work that I am in. Lastly, he promised to have a report to me in one week and that was exactly what occurred.
