As soon as I got on the phone with Frank John, it was clear why their reviews were higher and more plentiful than other companies. He responded quickly, did a thorough job and had the report back to me in a very reasonable time frame. I am stickler for great customer service, and they delivered every step of the way. I cannot recommend them strongly enough

The Appraiser, Mr. Frank John, was professionally friendly and took an interest in what he was here for. He explained thoroughly the appraisal process. He answered questions pertaining to his work experience and the business. He made me feel very comfortable in asking questions. The timeframe for completing the appraisal results was wonderful since I was in urgent need of the information. He completed it in a very expeditious manner. His Virtual Assistant, Becky, was very professional and she knew the business well. She followed up with me and sent me the necessary paperwork as promised.
