Frank John at Washington Appraisal is the only appraisal service I recommend to my agents, my clients and my friends. I have been using his excellent for many years.Mr. John and hid associates are extremely knowledgeable about the Washington DC Metropolitan Area Residential and Commercial Real Estate Markets. I have hired him and recommended him for several projects. Single family homes, Condominiums and Multi - Family Properties are some examples of what I have worked with him on. I am sure he is equally as competent on co-ops, mixed use, office, and retail.
