I contacted Frank John at Washington Appraisal when I decided to sell my condo. He was very professional and courteous. He showed up for our appointment on time. He measured the square footage of my unit with a laser range finder, took lots of pictures, and made audio notes. The visit took about an hour. He prepared a very detailed appraisal report and delivered it about a week later. I was impressed with the quality of his work. His fee was very reasonable too.
