Wasatch Moving Company

I recently used Wasatch to move my 1BR apartment. I chose them because their sales team were respectful unlike All My Sons and others who just hounded me via text/phone\email. I was given a 3hr window but they arrived in the first 30 minutes of their time. I had a budget for 2hrs and had done some moving ahead of time to help stick to it, but my friends were sure the movers would need more time. Not only did these two awesome guys show up on time but they moved everything out quickly, cleanly, and safely. They were communicative, they got everything up the rickety flight of stairs to my apartment and loaded everything in its place. I haven’t found a scratch on anything. Not only did they get done in time, they were actually under time. They were so nice, so professional, and so helpful that I had to email their company to let them know how pleased I was.

Great job, quick and professional. They came equipped with the right tools to move all my stuff in a short amount of time. JJ and Jed were very professional and hard-working. We completed my move in less time than expected. Rates were reasonable for the services and they made me feel that the company would cover it if something happened during the move.

Chris (lead) and Chris (crew) were remarkable movers. They were the perfect balance of friendly but taking care of business. There were a couple of minor glitches in building access (it was a holiday and building staff were on vacation at both my apartment and storage facility), and Chris (lead) problem-solved it in a calm, professional way that kept the process on track. I chose this company for the transparent, flat rate pricing. The movers were professional and carefully handled my belongings. They also moved quickly, and didn't drain the clock. The only thing to consider would be travel time. It's included in the hourly rate, so it could take a half hour to get there and return, which will be an hours worth of billable itme. In some cases, mileage woiuld be less expensive. I still rate this company 5 stars because they tell you this up front, and there are zero hidden fees, and the staff is professional and hard working.
