Moving day was Wednesday 5/13 from 9:30. The move was from the SLC downtown area to Tooele. Right on time the moving van arrived - a huge van that would have taken 3 car parking spaces (with the ramp pulled out of the back). The driver simply backed up at an angle actually making the loading task easier as the ramp was now resting on the grass closer to the sidewalk. The two men applied plenty of protective blankets to the apartment doorway and covered the furniture pieces with blankets and lots of tape. There was a vari desk, 4x4 counter height table, an electric piano, a loft type bunk bed (mattress in a plastic bag), a water cooler, bicycle, an executive desk chair, and a full-sized treadmill. As a person experienced in moving many items were repacked in original boxes so this made things easier but the treadmill was very heavy. Not a problem for these movers - they expertly...
