Warren Roofing

I called Warren Roofing after calling another company that flaked. I’m sure glad I did. I received a fast quote and it was lower than I had expected. The service was very professional and the roof turned out perfect. Five stars for this company.

First of all, Warren Roofing installed the roof in 2017 for the previous owner, About six months before we got the house. When we moved in, late 2017, the pest report wanted some small water diverters installed just above the gutters in a couple spots. I called Warren Roofing to see what could be done. They came out, looked at it, and fixed the issue at no cost to me. I appreciated that very much.

In 2019 I realized that a small section of inside the attic ridge vent had been missed. So I called Warren Roofing again. Their supervisor brought out a crew of 4 guys and again, fixed it at no cost to me. And they left the ground free of any debris.

Having run business with many employees myself, I long ago realized an owner cannot completely control his employees or prevent them from making mistakes. What he can do though is stand behind his work, and...

Warren Roofing replaced the roof on the Jamestown United Methodist. Church. Did a wonderful job without delays. All were polite and lovely to work with. Would use them again.

Our new green roof turned out beautiful and I think highly of Warren Roofing. They were on schedule and professional. The negatives were a significant cost increase after adding insulation that wasn't included in original quote. Therefore I really don't know if the cost was competive. Also a minor point, we originally had brand new Christmas lights strung across the front of Cabin that disappeared.

Professional, punctual, attention to detail, fantastic communication skills, There aren’t enough adjectives to describe Warren Roofing. We had the unfortunate luck of hiring an unlicensed contractor; we know now what questions to ask to prevent this in the future. Said contractor did a horrible job and cost tens of thousands of dollars of damage when we had our first rain. Warren Roofing responded to a call in the middle of the night, and we’re on-site within an hour, completely stopped the water intrusion, and returned the following day to start the job. Matt’s knowledge and professionalism we’re unsurpassed compared to the other companies that bid on the job. He pointed out numerous things that were inconsistencies and borderline dishonest verbiage in the contract. Thank you again to Warren roofing and your team we will recommend you every chance we get!
