I chose to get a bid from Warren roofing based on their excellent reviews. They came in with a very reasonable price but it was the contract language that sold me on the company. Their contract says included all the details I was looking for, they answered my questions before I asked. The type of roofing, the brand, the underlayment, the flashing, the warranty, payment intervals and estimated time of completion. I have been a building inspector for 25 years, I have taught classes for homeowners about how to draft contracts that guarantee you get what you pay for. Their contract was perfect.
Once I signed the contact, they were able to schedule a start date that was much sooner than expected ( it may have been two weeks out). They finished the job on time, no extra charges and they left my home and yard clean of any debris. The roof looks great (passed my inspection as well) and...
