We had a good experience with Warren roofing. It took a little longer than expected due to some unexpected needs, but crew was very respectful and roof looks great.

Our new green roof turned out beautiful and I think highly of Warren Roofing. They were on schedule and professional. The negatives were a significant cost increase after adding insulation that wasn't included in original quote. Therefore I really don't know if the cost was competive. Also a minor point, we originally had brand new Christmas lights strung across the front of Cabin that disappeared.

Professional, punctual, attention to detail, fantastic communication skills, There aren’t enough adjectives to describe Warren Roofing. We had the unfortunate luck of hiring an unlicensed contractor; we know now what questions to ask to prevent this in the future. Said contractor did a horrible job and cost tens of thousands of dollars of damage when we had our first rain. Warren Roofing responded to a call in the middle of the night, and we’re on-site within an hour, completely stopped the water intrusion, and returned the following day to start the job. Matt’s knowledge and professionalism we’re unsurpassed compared to the other companies that bid on the job. He pointed out numerous things that were inconsistencies and borderline dishonest verbiage in the contract. Thank you again to Warren roofing and your team we will recommend you every chance we get!

We had a roof leak in the middle of the night. We called Warren Roofing and they returned our call within hours. They sent Bill and Billy to our house to inspect our roof. After inspecting the roof they determined what needed to be done. They immediately repaired the roof. They explained everything clearly and showed us the possible problems. I’m a condo manager in Mammoth Lakes and I work with many different businesses and contractors in the area. I ended up calling Warren Roofing after delays and price increases for adding some much needed gutters. I was skeptical that Warren Roofing actually services the area, and on the initial phone call I repeatedly confirmed that they worked in Mammoth (a remote location). In-spite of their phone’s area code they said they did and would be in the area in the next weeks and would call me to set up an appointment. Well, they actually called and set up an appointment. I messed up the schedule and missed meeting Matt on-site. I ended up measuring and drawing out the custom gutter designs. From there we communicated via email, phone, and text.
