Please STOP what you are doing and read this review! I am a first time homebuyer, and was struggling with all of the cost associated with purchasing a home, (such as getting an inspection). I happened to mention this to a friend, who referred me to David Snavely at Wall 2 Wall Inspections! David, the owner, listened to my situation, and graciously offered to come out and do an inspection for me, on a very short notice. His kindness did not stop there. In addition to doing an inspection, he also walked me through the home and gave me very helpful tips on certain aspects of the house, that I would otherwise not have known. For example, I had a concern about possible mold in one of the bathrooms, and he patiently explained that there needed to be 3 constants for mold to fester, and that I only had one, so it was nothing to be concerned about.
