I can honestly say that this is 100% worth checking into. I feel 1000% better since starting this program (it has only been since mid February, so about 2 months). I know a lot of people that prefer a "shot" to lose weight because it is easier, but since starting this program I have lost weight, maintained (and somewhat increased!) muscle tone, feel way less fatigued, and sleep soooo much better! I don't crave the junk food or sugar. I have never tried the shot, nor do I pass any judgment on those who do use it for health reasons or to lose weight. I only know that this natural way is working for me, with absolutely no negative side effects. I can't see myself ever going back to eating the way I did before...I just feel too great!
