When we decided to charter in the BVI's this year, I sent requests out to several companies and brokers...Melody from VI Sailing was quick to respond, dealt with all my questions promptly and professionally and won our loyalty for this and future trips. We booked a Sunsail catamaran and had an amazing week (full review at VISailing website). Upon arriving back at home, we contacted Melody to start planning for Belize 2015, and once again all information and quotes were sent immediately. Thanks VI Sailing for taking so much stress out of the charter experience.

VI Sailing got us 2 terrific monohulls in Puerto Rico and we had a wonderful 9 days sailing the Spanish Virgin Islands. Winds were great, daily sunny weather and lovely anchorages were what we found. These islands were rustic and 2 nights we had the cove to ourselves. The 40 foot jeanneaus had a great GPS system and were very easy to handle. All around we had a fabulous trip!

Wonderful! We love the Virgin Islands and appreciate the time Emily took to find the right crew and yacht for our family of 8's vacation. Everyone was very helpful and patient with us. We recommend calling Virgin Island Sailing to anyone to wants to know about vacationing on a yacht! Thank you for a great sail, we will be calling soon to plan next years trip!

In 2012, I reached out to Virgin Island Sailing to see what options they could provide for our 2nd bareboat charter in the BVI. I worked with Joanne Higgins who was very helpful, informative, and found me a deal better than the one I had already booked before calling VI Sailing.

I then came to learn that I could not get out of the booking I had already made prior to my call and informed Joanne that with regret, I could not do business with them even after the work Joanne had already done. When I tell you there was absolutely nothing but continued kindness, offers to help with anything, and complete understanding of my situation, even now realizing they would get no business from me, that's when I knew these people had a good work ethic and really care about the customer.

And that is why in 2013 when we booked out 3rd charter in the BVI, it was Joanne I called...
