There are running the best operation in the business. The booking process, and the entire experience was incredible. The boat was clean and mechanically perfect. We booked our VI charter with Ellen at VI Sailing a year in advance. When COVID hit and we couldn't enter the BVI as planned, Ellen worked with us to reschedule our charter and made good recommendations about alternate sailing destinations. Ellen also recommended a crew that was perfect for our family. Highly recommended!

I was very wary to use a company I found online to book a trip like this, especially as this was our group's very first charter. However, I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! Very professional. Quick response time. Payment details were transparent and contract provided. Clear instructions on how and when to pay, including self-addressed and stamped envelopes to mail payment, or online credit card option. This company also went above and beyond to call and check in, making sure we had packing lists and trip insurance. Our agent seemed to know the boats very well and provided us with lots of details and great recommendations. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

VI Sailing acted as broker, educator, facilitator, and support system to our chartering a sailing yacht in the British Virgin Islands in March 2020.
