When my wife and I decided we wanted to put in a pool for our home, we talked to half a dozen financing companies. Of those, only Viking Capital provided the human touch. Whereas most loan companies make their decisions only on the basis of an algorithm, Viking called and spoke with me. In doing so, I was able to prove via documentation that much of the information on my credit report was incorrect and/or out-of-date. Brook Steiner in particular was a pleasure to work with during the application process and the handoff to Amy Woodward finished off what was a great experience.
